The customer service has been outstanding from the moment I put the order in through the arrival of the dress. The staff called me to confirm payment and asked for other things that were needed. Then when it shipped out I was called and given the tracking number. It arrived just as promised and on the due date. The dress is GORGEOUS! My daughter is so happy with her quinceanera dress.
