I have to comment on how wonderful your customer support staffs were. They were superbly friendly and helpful. I order stuff from the Internet quite frequently, so I'm used to getting phone numbers that don't work or only get a hold of answering machines, and emails that aren't replied until days later. But your staff was always very fast to reply to any emails sent, and they were very knowledgeable and very helpful.
