Sometimes the name that appears in the e-mail address (Lily) is not the same as the name signed at the end of the e-mail (Vivian). This is sometimes the case when I order online from other companies too. It would be better to make sure the names are always consistent. I'm very happy with my shopping experience and with my dress!
