I was at the mall in orem utah store and I was having such a hard time and even the bridal was having a full day poor ladies...I needed some real help with vision and alterations on top of it all. I almost left because it just seemed like I was going crazy all by my self, and then the chaos if the other brides. There was this little short lady one of the managers. I think estel was her name she was so personal and helpful that really made me calm down. My mom could not come so this little nice lady made all the difference. My wedding is on schedule not totally according to plan but much better thanks to you guys Im taking my mom when the alterations are done Im so excited.
