I was impressed at how closely you can track the progress of your delivery - I followed my dress all the way from China, thru Kazakhstan, thru Germany, Paris and finally the UK and to me! And that took only 4 days in total! Impressed! It does not look the same as the picture at all and by that I mean the quality is wonderful, not cheap at all.
