havent received dress yet, but did have on line questions answered, made an order and then got confirmation email within hours. They needed more infoamrtion and had an email this evening. I needed to ask a question and called and got an answer..... much better than another site I considered until one line chat referred me to customer service and for 2 days mailbox was full and another day later and no answer, just a ringing phone followed by today with an answering machine. Personal touch nice. Will keep posted on actual dress once it arrives.

ok, so this is an update to my prior reveiw. not only was the customer service excellent, the dress arrived within 14 days!! from order to in my hands.... I did the custom measurements and the dress fits like a glove. I had this made in white and am wearing it as a simple wedding dress for a second wedding being held outdoors. I absolutely love it and could not be more pleased. Thank you
