I ordered this dress for a cruise and immediately experienced great customer service. I had originally requested my dress be delivered to my work address but it could not be found on google maps so I was immediately contacted via email to confirm delivery address. The dress arrived on the date I requested. I was sent an email when it was shipped and provided with the pertinent information so I could track it's delivery.

I received my dress this morning.I love it. It is beautiful. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job, not only with the dress but also with communication. I was very nervous about ordering a dress without seeing it in real life first as without talking to anyone personally, so I really appreciated being kept informed of what was going on throughout the process!
