Measurements were as stated, while the material and beadwork were even more gorgeous than I'd imagined from what was pictured on the web site. If there were a Pullitzer for patience Nate would surely deserve one. He epitomizes what customer care representatives should be: warm, patient, understanding, informative, and willing work outside "the box". I hope his efforts are rewarded, as he has a special knack for balancing the overwhelming demands of multi-tasking with personalized service.
